40 08-11-08 B766 Hartlepool ILB Launched to 16' Open boat that had suffered mechanical failure opposite Hartlepool Lifeboat Station, Hartlepool ILB towed the casualty to Kafiga Landings.
39 30-10-08 14-37 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to reports of a Hang glider crashing into the sea near Blackhall Police helicopter I55 located Hang Glider safely in a car park at Crimdon.
38 26-10-08 B766 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to a 26' Yacht that had suffered mechanical failure off Hartlepool.  Hartlepool ILB towed the casualty to Kafiga Landings.
37 25-10-08 14-37 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to a 60' Fishing Vessel that had suffered mechanical failure 8 Miles off Hartlepool in rough weather.  Hartlepool Lifeboat towed the casualty to Kafiga Landings.
36 08-10-08 B766 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to a small open boat Hartlepool ILB towed the casualty to Kafiga Landings.
35 03-10-08 B766 Immediate Launch Requested to persons in water following the capsize and sinking of a work boat in Hartlepool Dock.  Persons recovered from water by local fishing vessel "JJ".
34 03-09-08 B766 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to a 28' Fishing Vessel that had suffered mechanical failure Hartlepool ILB towed the casualty to Kafiga Landings.
33 23-08-07 14-37 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to a 10m Fishing Vessel that had suffered mechanical failure Hartlepool Lifeboat towed the casualty to Kafiga Landings.
32 16-08-07 B766 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to reports of a kite surfer in increasing winds that had been observed off Seaton beach and then disappeared.  Hartlepool Coastguard Team located a Kite Surfer on Seaton beach who confirmed that he had been in the area and he believed he was the only kite surfer out that day.  False alarm with good intent.
30 & 31 16-08-07 14-37 & B766 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to reports of a body in the water near the North Gare.  Hartlepool ILB located the body of a man who was subsequently recovered into Hartlepool Lifeboat which returned to Hartlepool Lifeboat Station.
29 & 30 09-08-07 14-37 & B766 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to a Charter Angling Boat that had suffered mechanical failure in the entrance to Hartlepool Docks and drifted towards rocks, vessel deployed anchor and awaited arrival of the Lifeboat and ILB due to the shallow water that the casualty was in the tow was passsed by the ILB and the Lifeboat towed the casualty to Kafiga Landings.
28 27-07-08 14-37 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to a 70' Work Boat that had suffered steering failure in the entrance to the river Tees in thick fog.  Hartlepool Lifeboat located casualty and towed to moorings up river.
27 27-07-08 B766 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to a 22' Cabin Cruiser following mechanical failure, casualty towed back to Hartlepool Marina.
25 & 26 22-07-08 14-37 & B766 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to reports of a person in the water at Steetley Pier. ILB recovered 10 year old boy from water and returned to Lifeboat station.
24 22-07-08 B766 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to vessel in distress off Hartlepool, ILB located Personal Water Craft and towed back to Hartlepool Marina.
22 & 23 21-07-08 14-37 & B766 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to take over tow from Whitby Lifeboat of 70' Historic Fishing vessel that was taking in water. Vessel towed to Kafiga landings where repairs were undertaken.
20 & 21 20-07-08 14-37 & B766 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to reports of a person in the water.  Nothing found.
19 08-07-08 B766 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to a 26' Fishing Vessel following mechanical failure casualty towed back to Kafiga Landings.
18 02-07-08 B766 Shortly after returning to the lifeboat station from the previous call, ILB requested to assist yacht with injured crewman.  ILB crew administered first aid prior to the arrival of Ambulance.
17 02-07-08 B766 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to a 25' RIB that had suffered mechanical problems vessel restarted without assistance prior to the arrival af the ILB.
16 18:58 30-06-08 B766 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to a search for a missing person in the area of Horden.  Casualty located by Coastguard rescue teams and evacuated by sea to Hartlepool Lifeboat Station and passed into care of Ambulance crews.
15 17:05 30-06-08 14-37 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to a 21' Cabin Cruiser with a rope around its prop, casualty back to Kafiga Landings.
14 29-06-08 B766 Diverted from Exercise by Humber Coastguard to a 22' yacht that had lost power off the Hartlepool, Lifeboat towed casualty back to Hartlepool Marina.
13 29-06-08 14-37 Diverted from Exercise by Humber Coastguard to a 35' Racing power boat motor cruiser that had lost power off the Hartlepool, Lifeboat towed casualty back to Hartlepool Marina.
12 08:00 10-06-08 B766 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to a 17' fishing vessel with a rope around its prop, casualty back to Kafiga Landings.

No Launch 19:00 01-04-08 14-37 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard following reports of vessel that had earlier locked out of Hartlepool Marina but had not returned, launch cancelled when following further enquiries by the Coastguard it was confirmed that the vessel had been recovered to a trailer outside of the confines of the Marina.
3 16:06 20-02-08 14-37 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard to a 21' Coble with mechanical problems near Longscar Rock.  Vessel taken under tow and returned to Hartlepool Marina.
1 & 2 20:05 08-02-08 14-37 & B766 Launch Requested by Humber Coastguard following reports of a man entering the sea at Seaton Carew and not re-emerging, Area thoroughly searched with nothing found.  Hartlepool Coastguard Rescue Team, Police, Police Helicopter I99 and Rescue 131 also involved.
