The RIB had earlier hit a wave causing 2 people to be ejected overboard, the RIB, with 1 dog remaining on board continued under power in tight circles. Hartlepool Lifeboat and ILB launched and brought the vessel under control using a rope strung out between the 2 lifeboats.
